Climia Benidorm Plaza Hotel

I reckon the staff were lovely and heaps helpful, but the air conditioning didn't work and the shower leaked like crazy!

A very nice hotel, worth to stay, excellent location just in the middle of shopping and beach areas, comfortable, nice cuisine, perfect for family stay.

The only disappointing thing is reception staff who sometimes does not know the major tourist attractions ( where they come from, Mars ??)

Had a proper lovely stay! The staff were bang on, always cheery and helpful. The food was decent and fresh, especially the paella. Only thing was, the evening meals started a bit late for me. Would deffo come back soon, though!

The location, and the food in the resteraunt was very good. Our room was modern, following recent renovation, and was cleaned daily.

Having stayed there previousl severalyears ago we were slightly disappointed with some aspects. We found the man on reception duty less than welcoming and the warm friendly atmosphere that we previously experienced seemed to be missing. We also feel that the room costs were quite high for what was on offer.

The efficiency of the reception and waitron staff was excellent, any problem was dealt with immediatly and satisfactorily.

We were unable to access Sky News as advertised in the hotel room guide. As a non fluent Spanish speaker I would have liked foreign news programs and films in a choice of languages.

The pool area was peaceful and relaxing.

The room was neat and wonderful with a third bed squeezed in, and we slept very well. The location was perfect and peaceful, within a close distance from Space.

The staff - some of them were not very helpful.

Rooms equipped with working air conditioning and a fridge at no extra cost. The location offers quick access to the beach and old town.

The ground floor disability room lacked a promised bath, with only a disability shower. The terrace situation is disappointing, bordered by high walls. There's an unexpected swimming cap requirement for the pool that wasn't mentioned prior, forcing many to miss out on swimming altogether. Wi-Fi struggled in the room, often non-functional, which can be frustrating for those needing connectivity. The cleaning in the bathroom and bedroom could use improvement, reflecting a need for more thorough housekeeping.

The staff were knowledgeable day and night. We truly enjoyed rooms with a view.

The hotel offers secure underground parking, which provides peace of mind. I found the breakfast to be excellent, with a wide variety and fresh options! Our room on the 15th floor had a lovely city view.

The noise from the street outside was somewhat disruptive, especially at night.

Very clean, well located, excellent staff, great breakfast. Good all round value for money
